The second double bedroom has the bathroom just opposite with a walk-in shower and a window overlooking the mountains. There is a 3rd bathroom outside from the house, also very practical to use as a pool bathroom. The 200sqm ² terrace is partly covered, equipped with a cozy lounge furniture, perfect for great summer nights with family and friends. The wooden kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer. Connected to the kitchen there is the living room with big windows offering views to the amazing landscape of Port de Sóller and a chimney for romantic evenings. The pool is equipped with 4 sun lounges and offers as well stunning views to the sea. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also provided. The house has been built and designed by a well-known Mallorquin artist. Purist and state-of-the-art, the spacious villa reflects a bright airy and high-quality atmosphere. The house is not only stylish but also sustainable. The house works with solar system and a water tank with rainwater. The house doesn’t offer air condition as due to its location there is a constant fresh breath the hall day. We recommend taking a rental car, it’s 5 min drive from the harbor to the house. The last tram to the house is a stony way but then you can park 1 to 2 cars in front of the house.
