Great house, fantastic view, lovely pool! Super service and contact, no problems and no fuss! Lovely house with a fantastic view of the mountains and valleys of Sollèr, and the small village of Fornalutx has a well stocked food store, some nice restaurants and a few shops. Lovely place! I would recommend going for an average size car, since the streets in Fornalutx, and the last bit of private road especially, are extremely, paintscratchingly narrow. We rented a great big SUV which meant we only had about an inch to spare on either side at times. Great fun to drive up and down the winding roads, though!Estela N. de Vila Casanova, Agosto 2018

My Favourite Place: Perfect big and modern town Villa. Direct at tram Station. Shopping, bakery and Restaurants in Walking distance. 5 big bathrooms, severel different rooms, 2 dishes outside for 10 People. Tram to the beach. beautiful view to the montain. Pool, not big, but o.k. for beiing in town. No car necessary. Good Service with help. well maintained, very clean, full equipped in the kitchen, we can recommand to everyone, First Tapas Restaurant in town for lunch and dinner CA'N PINTXO, lunch at the beach RADNEMAR, dinner at the beach ES PASSEIG, dinner in Söller CA'N BOQUETA, order the taxi in the Restaurant for going home, Transfer can be organised from the Management from and to Palma.Anna RichterManfred A. aus Sa Caseta June 2016
Traumhaus mit Traumblick: Nach einer reibungslosen Übernahme verbrachten wir einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Haus. Die wunderschöne Poollandschaft und der traumhafte Ausblick aufs Meer machten die Ferien perfekt. Schön und sympathisch war auch das Kennenlernen des Besitzers. Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Spacious contemporary house with great views...: Great spacious property in a fantastic location, just a 10/15 minute stroll from the beach with outstanding views of the port and mountains. The house was better than expected, photos don't do it justice! Property is well equipped and Anna was a great host - we had a small maintenance issue (pool steps had broken), which she responded to immediately and by lunchtime, we returned to find everything taken care of. The property was spotless on arrival with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit waiting for us, along with a guide including restaurant recommendations, excursions and local train/tram/boat tour times - very useful. Thanks Anna for providing a fantastic base for our holiday :)
