The terrace, dining furniture, offers excellent views over the Port and out to sea and is a perfect place for al fresco dining. Next to the living room is the modern and well-equipped kitchen, which also offers access to the terrace and bbq area. On the lower level are three bedrooms, all offering sea views and built-in wardrobes. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there are two further bathrooms, each with their own walk-in shower. Entrance hall that leads to a small guest toilet to the left and to a large luminous living room with two big comfortable sofas, matching easy chair, one puff, ample coffee table, DVD, CD player and an open fireplace (not to be used) . The indoor dining table is extendable to seat up to 6 people.
